FAQ’s

Q. Are dogs allowed?

A. Yes, we love well-behaved dogs at The Old Warehouse and they (and you!) will be welcomed, whether you are popping in for a drink or a meal, inside or outside. Please mention at the time of booking so we can choose the best table for your party.  Please just ask for a dog bowl or a biscuit for them, if required. To keep all dogs and customers happy, we just ask that dogs are not allowed to sit on the furniture or to attend our live music events.

Q. Can I just pop in for a pint?

A. Absolutely! We are licensed from 12.00pm and would love to see you!  During our food service tables may be booked for diners, but our outside spaces and bar area are all available those joining us for just a drink.

Q. Do you have a children's menu?

A, Yes, we offer a specially created children’s menu, with freshly prepared options to cater for our younger diners.

Q. Are you open all year round?

A. We are indeed!  Just check our website and social media for any updated opening hours

Q. Do you have a garden?

A. We are lucky enough to have two! At the front we have tables and seating best suited for enjoying a coffee or a drink, whilst watching the world go by.  At the back, our suntrap of a garden has tables, chairs and benches, perfect for drinking coffee, enjoying an evening drink or two plus, from May 2023, three pre-bookable covered tables for summer dining.

Q. Can you accommodate my dietary requirement?

A. Some of our dishes can be made gluten and/or dairy free and there are choices for vegetarians and vegans on our menu. Other dietary requirements may also be accommodated but please advise us at the time of booking and speak to the team before ordering.

Q. Is there wheelchair access?

A. Our main café/taproom/restaurant area has level access from the front outside seating area but, due to the age of the building, there is a small, single step down to the toilets. Please speak to our team for any assistance or to find out more.

Q. Where can I park?

A. There are several local carparks (all long stay), including The Quay, Cattle Market Car Park and Lower Union Road Car Park.

Q. Are there any local taxis?

A. Yes, but we would strongly advise pre-booking for later evening pick-ups due to limited supply in this rural area.  For daytime taxis there is a taxi rank close-by where taxis will usually be waiting https://hellokingsbridge.co.uk/getting-around

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. The Old Warehouse requires 24 hours notice for any cancellations. In the event of a no-show or cancellation within this time, we will charge £10 per person to the card associated with the reservation.
